Redesigned branch office allows for an improved customer experience

WHAT:                     

Maryland Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller and the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at the newly renovated MVA headquarters in Glen Burnie. The event will celebrate critical updates to the 60-year-old building. The Glen Burnie branch is one of the busiest state buildings offering various government services with more than 800 employees providing exceptional service, including the Glen Burnie branch employees who serves approximately 393,000 customers each year. The branch also serves as a one-stop-shop for multiple agencies including:

The Transportation Security Administration PreCheck/TWIC (TSA) 
The Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families (MDVF) 
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) E-ZPass Customer Service Center    Criminal Justice Information System - Fingerprinting (DPSCS)  
Central Collections Unit (DBM/CCU)
