ERT Letters being sent to the Business portal

PURPOSE
This bulletin is to inform the Dealers and the Tag and Title agencies that all ERT letters
regarding missing documents and/or transaction audits will now be sent to your business portal.
SUMMARY
Effective today all ERT letters will be sent electronically to your business portal instead of the
U.S. Postal Service. This will help to organize and track communications in a fast and
convenient way.
Please check your portal consistently as these letters are sent each day. It is the businesses’
responsibility to make any corrections or adjustments that are being requested.
From the portal home page, you will click on “Account Updates” and then “View letters.”
