Bulletin: All Drivers Education and Remedial Program Providers 
From: Business Licensing and Compliance

Purpose

The MVA has made enhancements to the business portal related to electronic certifications and electronic MDID requests submitted by Drivers Education and Remedial Program providers. 

Summary

The portal will now prevent student certifications and MDID requests for any Drivers Education school, 3-Hour Roadway Program, or Driver Improvement program if the provider has certain indicators on their account. An error will display and the transaction will be blocked if there are any indicators related to-

  • Insurance Compliance,
  • Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, or
  • Central Collections Unit.

If you receive this error and are being prevented from processing any of these transactions, please reach out to the Business Licensing and Compliance Division, and we can direct you on the next steps to resolve the flag associated with your account.
