RE: Portal Letter Enhancements  

Purpose

The MVA has made enhancements to the business portal to allow users to view their letters for each specific location versus one general inbox. 

Summary

Effective immediately, when logging into the portal there will be a button titled “View Letters” next to each location listed under your business account (see screenshot below). This new feature will allow your business to better sort and organize the letters issued to your business locations. Please note the general letters inbox under “Account Updates” is still available and will continue to house all letters issued to your business account.
