Purpose
The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration is proud to announce the opening of a new non-commercial driver’s skills testing location in Garrett County. This skills testing site is located at the MVA Oakland Branch at 400 Weber Road, Oakland MD 21550. 

Summary
The expanded Oakland branch office will support non-commercial driver’s skills tests, which can be conveniently scheduled through myMVA online services accounts.

  • Eight driver’s skills test appointments will be available during normal business hours.
  • This branch is open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
