The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA) Business Licensing division made a programming change to how we receive and associate the electronic titling image to an account. As a result, some letters were sent out in error requesting images from transactions that occurred in 2020 and 2021. If you have already submitted those images, please disregard those notices.
