Mobile Driver’s License (mDL) Terms and Conditions 

The mDL Terms and Conditions on each page apply when you add a Driver’s License or Identification Card issued by the State of Maryland through the Maryland MVA to an application or Digital Wallet. The Maryland MVA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and without notice as permitted by law, and your continued use of an mDL means you agree to all such changes.
