Purpose
This MVA would like to inform our business partners that we have begun transitioning many of our letters and communications to a paperless format.
Summary
In an effort to reduce costs and provide information more quickly to our customers, the MVA is in the process of transitioning letters and communications we now send by mail to delivery via
your business portal. We are transitioning groups of letters at a time and will send updated bulletins listing the letters that will be delivered only via your business portal.
Effective October 15, 2025, the following letters will only be sent to your business portal and will no longer be mailed. Please make sure you are checking for new communications in your
portal frequently.
- Vehicle Business Close Employee Letter
- Professional License Close Account To Licensee
- Interchangeable Tag Company Renewal Notice
- Driver's School Safety Inspection Past Due Notice
- Business Licensing Renewal Notice
- Education Provider Site/Compliance Inspection Passed Letter
