Purpose
The bulletin is to inform the industry of enhancements the MVA has made to the portal regarding transactions that are pending in the ERT system. This new functionality is part of MVA’s on-going effort to review “pending” transactions and identify solutions to reduce the number of these transactions.
Summary
Effective October 6, 2025, MVA will notify businesses with ERT transactions that have been pending for more than 15 days and provide a report of those transactions. The notice and report will make it easier for businesses to know which pending transactions need to be addressed and prioritize those transactions to avoid being assessed a late filing fine.
Please note, the notification will not provide a list of transactions. Instead, it will direct you to the business portal where you can access a new report titled “ERT Pending Transactions.” You can access this report at any time, even if there are no pending transactions over the 15-day time frame.
Below is an image showing where you can find the link to this report in your business portal.
Once you access the report you can choose whether to select the box that will isolate the list to only show transactions older than 15 days. If you uncheck this box, the report will show you all transactions that are in a pending status.
Below is an image of what the report will look like. You can sort and filter the different columns of data, and you can search for a specific transaction in the search bar on the top right.
