Save the Date – Electronic Titling Town Halls

PURPOSE
This bulletin is a “save the date” for two upcoming virtual town halls to discuss the electronic transfer of vehicle records – also referred to as e-titling.
SUMMARY
We are hosting two virtual town halls on the electronic transfer of vehicle records. The virtual town halls will be held on:
- Monday, April 28, 2025, at 3 pm
- Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 2 pm
During the town halls, we will explain what e-titling is, how it will work, and highlight ongoing efforts nationally and in Maryland to implement the electronic transfer of vehicle records. We will have time for questions and answers.
These are virtual town halls. We will send a meeting link the week before each town hall.
The content of the town halls will be the same. We plan to make recordings of the town halls available for individuals who are not able to attend one of the town halls.
