Purpose
This Bulletin is to inform the dealers and tag and title agencies of an additional inventory validation that will go into effect the evening of Tuesday April 1, 2025. 

Summary
This new validation will require that any existing inventory orders are properly received into your system prior to placing a new order for the same inventory type (e.g., Flag tag standard B2016). As explained in the Bulletin dated March 3, 2025, please receive all inventory orders immediately upon arrival to your business. 

The ERT vendors are aware of this validation and have tested the requirements with our system. If you have any issues with inventory or placing or receiving orders, please contact your ERT vendor.
