Reminder: Unused/invalid inventory

Purpose
This bulletin is to remind the dealer and tag and title industry to return any unused/invalid inventory to the MVA warehouse. 
 

Summary
If you have any old inventory items that are no longer valid, please return them to the MVA Warehouse immediately.

  • Complete a VR-317 - PDF , Tag Return Log for all inventory being returned.

At the start of a new year, any of the previous year(s) decals that were not used should be returned. For example:

  • All unused 2024 decals stickers should have been returned to our warehouse in January 2025.
  • All unused 2025 decal stickers should be returned in January 2026.

You should also return any plate types that are no longer valid or that your business no longer needs. Please make sure to return any damaged inventory to the warehouse.
