Purpose
To advise dealers and tag and title agents of a delay to the deployment of the new portal transaction.

Summary
The MVA released a bulletin regarding “Requests for Duplicate Titles” on May 23, 2025. This bulletin outlined a new process to request duplicate titles via the Business Portal that would require no documents. 

Due to unforeseen development challenges, this new function is not yet available for use. MVA will send an update once the transaction has been successfully deployed and is available for use on the Business Portal.
