Electronic Titling Town Halls – Links to Town Hall Recordings

PURPOSE
Provide links to the May 15, 2025, and April 28, 2025 virtual town halls to discuss the electronic transfer of vehicle records – also referred to as e-titling.
SUMMARY
We hosted two virtual town halls on the electronic transfer of vehicle records.
Recordings of both town halls are posted on the MVA’s webpage for Dealer/Title Service bulletins - https://mva.maryland.gov/businesses/Pages/bulletins-dealers.aspx. The link to the recording is under the bulletin for each town hall.
During the town halls, we explained what e-titling is, how it will work, and highlighted ongoing efforts nationally and in Maryland to implement the electronic transfer of vehicle records. We provided time for questions and answers at each town hall.
The content of the town halls was the same, but we recommend the May 15, 2025, recording. The May 15 recording includes all slides; we started the recording for the April 28, 2025, town hall a few slides into the presentation.
