PURPOSE
Provide the link to the May 15, 2025, virtual town hall to discuss the electronic transfer of vehicle records – also referred to as e-titling and the link to the recording of the April 28, 2025, virtual town hall.
SUMMARY
We are hosting two virtual town halls on the electronic transfer of vehicle records. The virtual town halls will be held on:
- Monday, April 28, 2025, at 3 pm

During the town halls, we will explain what e-titling is, how it will work, and highlight ongoing efforts nationally and in Maryland to implement the electronic transfer of vehicle records. We will have time for questions and answers.
