PURPOSE
This bulletin summarizes the update to COMAR 11.11.05 that become effective on September 1, 2025.
Vehicle Services Fee Changes

Vehicle Registration Fee Changes

Miscellaneous Fees

| Vehicle emissions inspection kiosk testing fee (every other year for eligible vehicles) | $10 | $26 |
| Vehicle emissions inspection late fee. (assessed the day after payment is due and every 28 days thereafter) | $15 | $30 |
